QSPIRAL = [real array]
Default: QSPIRAL = 3*0.0 

Description: the QSPIRAL-tag specifies the spin spiral propagation vector.

QSPIRAL specifies the spin spiral propagation vector in direct coordinates of the reciprocal lattice.
